What can I do during my Free Trial?

During your Free trial period, you will be a "Provisional" member. You will be able to purchase wholesale printing, direct mail, and lead lists. Includes Limited Access to our print and mail design templates. Expert campaign advice and design help is not included in your Free Trial Membership.

Are the Annual Dues paid monthly or annually?

Membership Dues can be paid monthly or annually. It is less expensive to make a one time annual payment. One time Annual payment costs are as follows:

DMA Membership-$199.99/Year or $19.95/month
DMA Membership PLUS-$1999.99/Year or $199.99/month

If I don't purchase a paying membership after 60 days, can I get another Free Trial?

No, the 60 day free trial is a one time offer to allow you to determine if we are a good value for your business. It would be unfair to our dues paying members to allow extended free trials. After 60 days you are able to buy a membership for as low as $19.99/month.

How and When can I upgrade my membership?

You are able to upgrade your membership at any time by contacting Customer Service. If you have made an annual payment we will credit you back the unused portion of your current membership dues to apply to an upgraded membership. If you are paying monthly we will upgrade you and credit the unused monthly portion of your dues pro rata.

Cancellation and reinstatement?

You may cancel at any time, but will not receive any credits or offsets for the month in which you cancel. For example, if you cancelled on the 15th of the month your cancellation will become effective on the 1st of the following month and no more billing will take place. If you cancel there will be a 12 month waiting period to rejoin. This is to prevent members from joining and cancelling when they have special projects and want to take advantage of our wholesale pricing. Likewise, when you upgrade to a higher membership level you may downgrade your membership at any time but will have a 12 month waiting period to upgrade your membership.
